Delete your account

You can delete your Drippy account and the hydration data tied to it. Deletion is permanent. We complete emailed requests within 30 days.

In the app

Open Drippy → Settings → Account → Delete account. That immediately deletes your Drippy account in Supabase and every cloud row that belongs to it (profile, logs, day totals, badges). If you signed in with Apple, the app also asks Apple to revoke Drippy’s access to your Apple ID.

To clear only this phone, use Erase data on this phone. That does not delete the cloud account.

Without the app

Email hello@jamaklab.com and write “Delete my Drippy account.” Send it from the address on your Apple or Google sign-in if you can.

If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, or no longer use that address, include the account ID shown in Drippy → Settings → Account instead. We use it to confirm which account is yours, and we may ask for one more detail before deleting.

What happens to other records

Deletion removes your account from Drippy’s database right away. Pseudonymous analytics in PostHog, crash reports in Sentry, and purchase records at RevenueCat, Apple, and Google are kept under those providers’ retention periods, and they are no longer linked to an account in Drippy’s database.

Guest logs that never left the phone stay on that device until you erase them there. Skip sign-in users do not have a cloud account: use Erase data on this phone, or uninstall the app.
