Delete your account
You can delete your Drippy account and the hydration data tied to it. Deletion is permanent. We complete web requests within 30 days.
In the app
Open Drippy → Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes your Apple or Google sign-in and the cloud rows that belong to it (profile, logs, days, badges).
To clear only this phone, use Erase data on this phone. That does not delete the cloud account.
Without the app
Email hello@jamaklab.com from the address on your Apple or Google sign-in. Write “Delete my Drippy account.” Include the email or name you used in the app if you remember it.
We delete the authentication user and associated cloud backup. Crash and analytics records may remain in aggregate form. Guest logs that never left the phone stay on that device until you erase them there.
Skip sign-in users do not have a cloud account. Use Erase data on this phone, or uninstall the app.
