Drippy
Terms of use
Drippy is a hydration habit tool from Jamak Lab, the trade name of an independent developer based in Mexico (“we”). You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You can use it on this phone only, or sign in with Apple or Google so your goal, streak, badges, and hydration history sync to your other devices.
Use Drippy lawfully. Do not abuse the service, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or try to access other people’s accounts or data.
Tracking, streaks, badges, Gentle or Persistent reminders, and the widget vessel display stay free. Drippy Pro is optional. It unlocks Alarm Mode (iPhone only) and one-tap widget logging, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe and billed through Apple or Google. The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. We cannot refund you — ask Apple or Google.
Drippy is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified professional about your health and how much water is right for you.
We try to keep Drippy available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features can change. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app. You can stop using Drippy and delete your account any time in Settings.
Drippy is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than the amount you paid us for Drippy Pro in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes go to the competent courts in Mexico, unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. Nothing here limits rights you have under Mexico’s Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor or other law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms and will change the date above.
